Welcome to Steplio (“App”). This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your use of the mobile application, related website, and services provided by Steplio. Please read carefully—by accessing or using Steplio, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Using the App signifies your agreement to these Terms. We may revise them occasionally, and if changes materially affect your rights, we’ll notify you via the App or email. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
Steplio is a step-tracking tool, not a medical device or professional service—not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Use Steplio at your own risk; we are not liable for any outcomes or injuries arising from its use.
You agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access.
Steplio is distributed via third-party platforms like the App Store or Google Play. Your use is subject to their terms as well. We may offer customer support at our discretion.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Steplio for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
If you submit content (e.g., notes or logs):
You agree to defend and indemnify the team behind Steplio (and its affiliates) against any claims or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as necessary, but the remaining terms remain in force. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms. Upon termination, your license ends, but provisions intended to survive (e.g., indemnity, content rights, limitation of liability) will continue.
